Michael A. Baum
Michael A. Baum has been in the building and construction industry for over 40 years. During Michael’s career, he’s been responsible for the construction of over $1 billion of residential and commercial developments, including over 4,000 homes and remodels.
Michael is the President and CEO of the Baum Companies, Inc. a holding company that includes Baum Construction & Development, Inc., Baum Partners, LLC, and the Baum Consulting Group.
Beyond being an entrepreneur, Michael is also an author, a speaker, and a coach / consultant specializing in construction training for Contractors, Real Estate Investors, and Homeowners. He is also an expert witness for construction related cases.
