The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) has elected Michael A. Baum of Baum Construction & Development as President of the BIASC Remodelers Council.

Membership Standards
Membership in the Remodelers Council is limited to general contractors (and associates) who meet set standards for financial responsibility and technical competence, as well as have a track record of fair dealings with homeowners - such as demonstrated by receiving Angie's List "Super Service Awards".
The Remodelers Council is also affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and its NAHB Remodelers Council.
